Angka pun penting... betul, tapi banyak lagi <B>perkara lain</B> yang lebih penting dari itu.<BR/><BR/>Untuk turunkan berat badan pulak, <B>disiplin</B> sangat mustahak. Kalau tak disiplin memang tak akan turun berat badan. <B>Tak makan langsung</B> bukanlah sesuatu yang baik untuk kesihatan. Makan dengan jumlah yang <B>sedikit tetapi kerap</B> bagus untuk mengelakkan kita makan berlebihan. Makan berlebihan pun tak apa di waktu pagi dan tengah hari... elakkan mengambil makanan yang berat waktu makan malam.
